Black, Forever 21, cocktail dress

This is a super cute black, cocktail dress from Forever 21. It has a ruffle detail that goes from the front of the dress to the back of the arm strap. Size L, stretches a little! I’m 5’9” and length-wise it went right above my knees. Very form fitting, but comfortable. ONLY WORN ONCE and dry-cleaned.
