Black Forever 21 Dress

A dress by forever 21. Mostly black with a nice off white print on it. The sleeves are 3/4ths and the dress gets tighter at the waist before flowing out again. There seems to be a snag happening on the skirt part but it’s not see through or anything (pic 4). Also, the dress has little loop holes on the sides for a belt (it is NOT a snag, pic 5). Make me an offer :)
