This dress is so cute and it looks perfect with boots. It’s black floral with elastic off shoulder sleeves. It’s best suitable for girls with “thin” arms (the sleeve with runs quite small.) and small bust. It’s 40’ inch in length. Mid-size won’t touch the ground. Size S. Runs a tad wide on hip area, super comfy! Worn once.
