Black Floral Wrap Around Midi Skirt Size 2X

This is a pre-loved skirt that has no holes, tears, or stains. It has no issues. Only worn twice. It does not have a tie to wrap around but it has layers going around and coming shorter on the final layer up front. It is stunning on. It hide multitudes of problem areas. It only wraps once with a double cover in front. This is hard to explain. 1/2 of the waistband is stretchy. The waist laying flat, not stretching measures 20". From top to bottom in back is 27". Top to bottom in front measures 25". The sides both measure 27". Underneath it is fully lined. All measurements are approximate.
