Black Floral Long Dress

This dress is beautiful for formal or casual! It is XS. It has adjustable straps, a zipper in the back, and a black slip underneath. The front folds over with a small snap on the chest. It is gathered at the waist with elastic. While hanging on the manikin I measure the waist at 26 inches without any stretch, the chest is about 34 inches and it is about 42 inches long from the armpit down.
