Black Floral Dress

This dress has never been worn, my husband bought it for me and I lost a lot of weight and it didn’t fit me and I couldn’t get it altered without practically ruining the whole dress. It is the larger side of a size medium, the waist is 29in. The “skirt” portion from the waist down is 46in long. There’s a built in slip underneath the transparent floral fabric.
