Black Floral Cold Shoulder Dress w/Slits NWOT

Super cute black floral dress. Spaghetti straps and short sleeves with cold shoulder hole. Light weight material great for summer. Mid calf length with slits up both sides. Zipper closure in the back. V back is lower than the front. No stretch to the material. Never worn, was marked as L but too tight for me, would say it fits like a M.
