Black Floral Cold Shoulder Dress

This dress is so cute! Black fabric with delicate blue and white flowers. I bought it for a wedding, but never ended up wearing it. The flounce at the bust is lovely. bust measures 20 inches laid flat, and the length from shoulder to hem is 49 inches.
