Black Flirty Dress Nine West 10

Cute fun dress. It has an elastic waist that sits like a dropped waist with big pockets in the front. It's a little short that gives it a fun, flirty look. I wore it with tights and high heel boots & I got tons of compliments! This dress would be fine at the office and great for a night out after. Approximate measurements are in the pictures.
