Gap Eyelet Black Dress

Empire waist. Full skirt. This dress can be dressed up or down. It’s on the shorter side, recommend to someone under 5’2”, hit me slightly above mid thigh and I’m 5’3”. Modest, adorable, fun. Fully lined. It’s a cotton type material but is more dressy than most Gap dresses.
