This is a pair of unbranded Black Bow Knot Slip-On Pointed Toe Flat Loafers. Women's Size: 10 US / 42 EUR / 8 UK. No idea what brand of shoes these, but they are likely an "off-brand" pair purchased on Amazon. Shoes are black faux velvet with an "illusion panel" that hides your actual foot from view (while appearing that it's not hidden). Heels are tiny block heels that measure approximately .75" high. Rounded "pointed" toe. Faux velvet bow. They have a kind of retro meets Asian-inspired aesthetic, super cute and a little different. As for their condition, they appear to have never been worn: the inside padding is pristine as are the bottoms of the shoes. They are basically the dictionary definition of "Like New".
