This measures 12 inches at the bottom; 10-1/4 inches at the top and is 4-1/2 inches tall. The front flap closes with a snap. Has a 7-1/2 inch handle on the side. ***In very good condition but please note: the inside pocket's zipper does not close.*** The inside pocket is tight so you can still use it to hold paper money, papers or id's. Clean inside. Unknown maker and age but I did get this at an estate sale.
