Black Express Design Studios Tie 100% Italian Silk

Black polka dot tie from Express Design Studios. This tie is black with silver dots. In some light the dots look silver, in other it looks gray. The tie is a nice modern width, not too skinny and not too wide. Excellent condition. See pics 3 3/4 inch width. 100% Italian Silk Made in USA
