Black Express Cut Out Romper - SO flattering on! Black, size 4

This is so, so cute on! I usually wear a 4 in Express, but needed to size up on this to an 8 to be comfortable as there’s no stretch at all. I’ve got a (small) belly, but I’d still say this runs small. The waist measures 13.5 inches flat. In like-new condition! Hidden back zip, short flutter sleeves, and an adjustable ruching detail - this cute number is a dream! It’s fully lined, and it’s got pockets!
