Black Evening Dress

Simple black evening dress with sparkles along neckline. Dress is lined, perfect for prom or summer weddings. Shoulder straps have decorative bow with sparkles. Dress was only worn once and has been dry cleaned. Knee length. (I am 5’6, hem hits at knee). The size says 14, but this a ‘dress size’ actual size would be 7/8
