Black Enamel Ring CZ's or Rhinestones Sz 8 S.S.

This item is from an estate sale, not a lot of info to go on. Black enameled Sterling silver ring with cz's or rhinestones? All stones are intact and ring looks to be in very nice condition. The weight on this item is 8 grams. The ring is stamped 925 and what looks like an artist's mark. It is a size 8 (We can not re-size this item.) More pics on request. Questions welcomed.
