jevouslngtalsxy @dchava thanks for your inquiry. Armpit to armpit is 19” approximately, so circumferential approximately 38”. The material has some give, but does not stretch like a jersey. Hope this helps. The mannequin is a size 6-8. The Shirt is obviously big on the mannequin and as I noted it fits more like a Large, than the XL tag it was given.
