Black Elle short capelet with bow collar

Adorable black cover up that buttons/snaps with a 🎀 collar. Cute feminine style that has small pockets. Size Medium in women’s, but due to looser style/opening could fit various bust/chest sizes. Does attract lots of fuzzies though, so lint roller will come in handy. Only used/worn a few times. Length of about 18.5” and sleeve from shoulder is about 12”
