Black Dress with attached velvet Cape. Metallic brand, NWT

Unique black dress with attached velvet cape. I have to be honest I’ve never seen a dress like this before! I purchased it, and due to Covid I had nowhere to wear it. The cape is attached from the wrist up the length of the arms across the shoulders all the way down to the other wrist. I hope the video explains it better than how I am describing it! The Cape is about as long as the dress itself. Measurements are in the photos! All items sold in my closet are preowned, however this has never been worn. It has been folded in a closet, so please expect normal storage wear
