Black dress shorts from EXPRESS in size 4. Sateen cotton. Belt loops and - it has pockets!! Front pockets are open & hidden in the pleats; back pockets have button closure. Other than general wear, no apparent flaws. Only selling because they are too small for me now. Approximate Measurements (taken while laying flat & unstretched): • 10" hip to hem (outside length) • 15" across waist • 18" across hip • 4" zipper length • 2.5" inseam • 11" across leg opening
