Black Dress - Off Shoulder or Not

Super comfortable sundress. Perfect to wear to work if you’re more business- casual or out to dinner with friends. Goes well with sneakers or a jean jacket. Top is a little bit tighter and form fitting and then it opens up at the bottom.
