Black Dress

Top part is sleeveless, loose at waist, ties in back above zipper, bottom has an ornate skirt with flower design. There are 2 tiny pulls in skirt I tried to zoom in on but they are very small and hard to find, and I did not snip off the pull. There is one ribbon part of the design of a flower that is imperfect. This dress is so cute and flattering on.
