Open side leg vents extend from hip to top of boot area. Snaps and reinforced shin and ankle area. Easy to get over boot. I find it very true to size. I am 5’9” 127 lbs and these for perfect in length and all around. Easy to fit layers under or use solo for backcountry use. I’ve switched to bibs so no longer need these. Used for a partial season.
