Black Cross Back Polka Dot Dress

Size S. H&M. Black with very small white small polka dots. It is tighter at bosom and flares between waist and chest (at seam). It's adorable on, cotton but a bit stretchy, I wore it to an outdoor cocktail party in the summer with black sandal/heels, it worked perfectly. The best part for me is the open back area with cross straps is high enough that you can still wear a regular bra:)
