From top center to bottom it measures 26" & from the highest point on top (on either side where the top meets the strap) to the bottom it measures 29". I am really careful when it comes to white/cream clothing to & I wore this twice & loved it! I can check to see if it is lined for you though! chrissie_marie @babsonthewater Hi again! So this beauty isn't lined but it's not see-through unless it gets wet. (I just tried it on again to check and it was fine on me - not to be tmi or anything, but I would advise a flesh-toned thong versus colored undies lol since the latter wouldn't work but the former works just fine.)
