jamezblonde007 @pickypatrice hi! Sorry for the delayed response. The circumstance of the opening of the boot is about 24-25in These boots were purchased with larger calves in mind because my friend has the same issues when finding boots like these. Again, sorry for the delay! Hope this helps!
