Black Cocktail Dress

Size Small. Beautiful dress only worn once for a fundraiser. Sequins and beading are in good shape and a packet of extra ones is included. There is a small tear about 1" in length on the outer layer near the seam. It looks like it could be mended or perhaps some fabric glue. It's barely noticeable when the dress is worn.
