Black Chiffon Surplice Top

This is a Forever 21 black top with a deep surplice cut neckline. It has a tucked hem in the front with a longer, flowy length in the back (this top looks so cute with black jeans!). It has sleeves that can be cuffed and buttoned (shown in pics) up or worn long as is. It has a collar, and it’s a semi sheer material, looks great with a black lace bralette or bodysuit underneath. No signs of wear, practically new. Size small.
