suzmeow @blakely619 I don't think the waist would be a problem at all, it's elastic and shouldn't be loose :) I was just wondering because of the difference in length; to be safe, the approx measurements are: S (leg opening 22", waist unstretched 23", length strap-bottom 31") and M (24"/25-26", 32")

suzmeow @blakely619 My concern with the Small is that you may end up showing a fair amount of side boob because of the cut, if that makes sense. The two pieces fit really similarly, I actually prefer the fit of the M (since it is double layered, there isn't too much give in the fabric)
