Black Chelsea Flower Blouse Small

Gently used black Chelsea Flower blouse in size small. Detailed pleating and ruffled collar and sleeves. You can see some of the pleating has relaxed on one side of the bust but it blends into the lower area. Could probably be ironed back in with some patience. Waist is elastic and measures approx 11” across at rest but extends up to about 17”. The elastic waist creates a peplum effect. 100% polyester. Pair with a tweed skirt for a dark academia look.
