Black classic Chelsea rain boots from Merona - practically identical to the JCrew Chelsea rain boots.
Highly rated online. Boots have subtle flaws that are pictured but not noticeable by others - scuffing and a slight stretch in the side.
I wore these all the time in the rain (they look excellent with leggings and tights!) but have moved to a place it barely rains so I’m selling.
