dulceboutique @jasmin_terri I work I'm not always on my phone. I will contact USPS and see what I can do I dropped them in the box this afternoon. I'm not sure if Poshmark can do anything? I'm trying to help you out but I'm not sure what to do I've never had this happen before I'm sorry

dulceboutique @jasmin_terri you have 3 hours to cancel your order yourself when you make a purchase on Poshmark, why didn't you just cancel? Yes I did drop it off this morning I printed the label at home and dropped it off in the box on my way to work. I'm really sorry this is happening to you. I am trying to help you out.

jasmin_terri @anahi50 my mother first asked you what brand the glasses were.. You never answered her. She then made the offer and you accepted so fast, but she realized you had not answered her question.. So she immediately within 5 minutes of you accepting her offer. She asked Posh and she asked you to please cancel

dulceboutique @jasmin_terri look, I'm not trying to rip anyone Off as soon as I see an order I print out the label and drop it off at the mailbox. I promise I will call USPS first thing in the morning. I truly apologize for the inconvenience. For future reference next time: when you order something you have 3 FULL HOURS to cancel an order yourself. I will try to cancel through Poshmark, if you get my package can you just tell them it's the wrong address and then they will send it back to me for free

dulceboutique @jasmin_terri I never said I shipped them in 5 minutes. It took you 6 HOURS to decide you didn't want them anymore, when Poshmark policy is 3 HOURS. That's not my fault. You can cancel any order yourself in 3 hours after purchasing.
