Black Cat dress NWT Medium

Brand new women's cat dress size medium. Never worn, tags still attached. Sheer mesh back, sheer straps and sides. Small side zipper. Bow is attached with a snap. There is a small pull in the fabric (see photo) and the ink on one of the eyes is smeared a bit (see photo) but the dress is in unworn condition.
