Black Button up Blouse

This gently worn cotton black short sleeve blouse has elastic on the sleeves to give it a puffy effect. it has straight black stripes on the front. almost like a tuxedo style shirt and seven Pearl buttons that go up. the front. looks great with a skirt or a pair of jeans.
