Flat bottom, right under the knee or over boots! (Depends on your height) Dress up or down! Few scuffs but are in really great shape! Gold buckle and zipper on outside for statement but zipper on inside of foot is used for putting on/off. Calf measures 8” laying flat - with an expanded material on back for more stretch room. Ankle measure 5.5” Condition 8/10
