Black & Blue Floral Top

One of my favorite shirts I’ve ever owned. It is so flattering & cute for work! Has a keyhole in the top & ruffled sleeves & a peplum pleated bottom. The pictures just don’t do it justice. Size xl but it fits more like a Large. Non smoking home. No flaws. Make me an offer.
