Black Bella Flora dress, size M, new without tags

This is a new, Bella Flora black dress. size Medium. It has capped sleeves and a small split at the left knee, very modest. Makes for a very flattering, cool dress for church, a picnic, or work. I always wanted to wear it, but never did.
