Black Back Cut Out Prom Dress

I have honestly never felt more beautiful then when I wore this dress. It has stunning silver and white beading and is made of a stretchy but clingy black fabric. The bust area is even padded! I did have it hemmed though, I am 5"2 and wearing 5" heels in the pictures. The skirt part is tight around the abs and butt and then slightly flares out lower and is super flattering! Says size 4 but could definitely fit size 2 or 0
