💜Black And White Polka Dot Dress💜

Gorgeous fit and flare dress with large polka dots. The dress has some pretty tulle on the very bottom. I only wore this once, and it was to a wedding. It ties in the back, so it can be adjustable. The spaghetti straps are also adjustable. This dress is casual and fancy at the same time, so there is really no limit as to where you can wear it.
