Black Alice’s+Olivia dress

This dress is gorgeous! A low back Alice+Olivia cocktail dress. The back is open V and ties at the nape of the neck. The skirt is a patterned velvet with pockets! The top is pleated and a v neck style. I wore it once a few years ago for New Years but never again. It hits mid thigh on someone about 5’4.
