Black Agate Spongeware Ceramic/Pottery/Stoneware Serving Bowl 7"

I think this unusual spongeware bowl with twisted body and elevated center was designed as a juicer or inspired by a juicer style form. Wonderful sponge work with a blue glaze so dark its almost black. For serving or decor the unusual form is an eye catching addition to any room. Measures: 7" diam at 3.25" rim - 3.25" diam. across foot - no makers ID - no chips or cracks - 15 twist lines - 1.5" high center mound. · All items are used/vintage/antique.
