Hi, I love these shoes but the heel broke. It’s not your fault but I do want to go to the company for the warranty but I need the order number. Do you have the order number?

@hannaharnold320 hey! Oh no I’m so sorry. Their shoes are normally really sturdy. They don’t have a warranty program and if so, these wouldn’t qualify because they were ordered in 2023. Let me investigate for you and I’ll let you know.

@hannaharnold320 sounds good! They will need clear photos showing the damage or breakage a photo of the condition of the souls and a photo displaying the products traceability number. (The 2-letter, 4-number code in gold visible on the sole or inner lining). I’m thinking the best way for you to upload. These would be to put it as a post on your page and I can take screenshots of it. Let me know once it’s up and I’ll go take a look

@hannaharnold320 Hi, unfortunately the only thing they can do is offer 20% compensation back and is of course tied to my credit card which is why I wanted to be the point of contact for this. I believe this comes to only $19 back. I can see if they will allow a different card and in that case, it can go to you but unsure how to navigate moving forward. Please let me know what you would like to do.
