NWOT has some lint on it from being stored away, will clean before ship. I bought it from Macy's. Perfect for a classy look or professional look. Not too short, I'm 5'4 and it passes my finger tips. There are hanger marks on them because i hung them up, as shown in the picture. They are barely noticeable since the skirt is black.
