Bke Stella 27 boot cut jeans

Bke Stella. They’re labeled a 27l but that’s not the case at all. They’ve had to have been altered. *see picture with measurement* Sadly, I wasn’t told before purchasing which resulted in them not fitting. (I had very high hopes they would because I LOVE the color of them.) once again, just wanting what I paid.
