Bizz flutter sleeved elastic waistband/back peplum

Bust 19” armpit to armpit length 21”. Ivory with black embroidery and ruffle trim peplum top with elastic smocking back and elastic waist. Black floral embroidery repeats on the back. Lightweight viscose is semi sheer. I took pictures in flash of the sleeves and armpits to show that there is no staining
