Out the box brand new purchased for myself but couldn’t get the time to figure out how to work it I know you download a app on your phone to get started I had some trouble getting it to connect to my WiFi then I just never had time to figure it out n I’m scared I’ll loose the pieces or something if I didn’t sell it the box is not included but the picture is of the original box comes with cleaner and 4 refills
