Birthday Girl Party Dress

Super girly party dress to showcase the birthday girl! This dress was purchased online and was worn only once, for my daughters birthday photoshoot. It's super twirly with a hefty tulle layer under the skirt, for maximum fullness. Zips up the back and ties around the waist in the back. Size is 6, but runs a tad big.
