Birthday Celebration Cat & Balloon Cake/Pie Server - Made in Nantucket

Stainless steel and plastic cake server with a cute little birthday cat cartoon on the handle. The orange cat is wearing a blue birthday hat, blowing a noise maker, and holding a pink balloon. Possibly vintage. I can't find much information about it. My guess is based on it being made in Nantucket and that's not every common anymore. I usually find that on utensils that I can verify as vintage, often before 1990. 9.75" long. Handle is 4" x 1". Blade is 5.75" x 2". Excellent condition. I don't think it's been used much. The metal isn't scratched up and the handle design hasn't faded at all.
