Birkenstock size 38 is a Women's 7 or Men's 5. Regular width in Birkenstock-land is similar to a US wide. This style has a backstrap. It could use a bit of glue between the cork and the rubber sole, and some cork sealant. The insole is discolored as any used Birkenstock will be. But the rubber sole has virtually no wear, the straps are in good shape.
