Not available online anymore in this color/size combo. Most flattering Birks! 37 is New in box (first 4 photos). 38 is like new in box, worn once at home; some marks on leather, zoom (last 4 photos). Bought on ebay at $140+$30 shipping. Price pretty firm, though open to reasonable offers. Leather is soft, supple, but thick and durable in Antique Oiled Brown. I have others in this leather and it wears beautifully.

@carmitam Do you know that you are a 39 in Birkenstock specifically? I ask because I measure at a 9, wear 8.5-9 in running shoes, 9 in hiking boots, 7 in pretty much everything open toe, and 8 with sockless closed toe. I wear a 37 in open toe Birkenstocks and 38 in closed toe with socks. If that helps. I find Birkenstock sizing to be waaaay off in conversion chart. These may still be available in 39 on ebay where I ordered these!

Can these shoes be polished/shined?

@recash03 It's a supple but thick oiled leather, where the color goes all the way through the leather. I have oiled this same type of leather on other Birks and leather bags I have made out of same leather. I have never tried to shine them as in a traditional shoe shine, however, the type of leather can be "burnished", meaning anywhere it

@recash03 ...is rubbed repeatedly by hand or daily wear (like a purse rubbing on clothes) it will get shinier. I hope that helps. I can post pics of another pair pre and after oiled if that helps (same leather/shoe). Just let me know!

Would these work with wide feet? I wear a 38 in sandals but don’t know how the width in these run?

@madiariza6 Hi! I normally wear the wider version in Birks. I have bony "skinny" feet, but wide at ball with bunions on either side. This style only came in the more narrow version of Birks (their narrow is like regular in most shoes; their regular is like wide in most shoes if you aren't familiar with them). I have been wearing a 38 in these, at first I could feel it on my largest bunion, and now they have stretched and feel like my 38regulars I have in the Boston.

@madiariza6 I could also measure the widest part of the ball of my foot to compare to yours if that helps.
